The terms and conditions of using the services of Employees Information Base of India are laid out in this document, and you are strongly urged to read these before you start using the services of the website.

The words “I”, “me”, “myself”, “consumer” and “customer” here refer to the person who is requesting the use of the services by EIBIL and shall include both singulars as well as plural entities. Any reference to a male gender includes females, neutral genders as well as any other legal entity.

I acknowledge the terms and conditions given below and agree with them.

General

I/We have understood the terms and condition mentioned in this document and agree that they can be changed by EIBIL without prior intimation at the discretion and will be available on the website for reference. I/We agree that we are creating a contract with EIBIL of which any terms can be changed at any point during the provision of the services without any prior intimation.

I/We agree and understand any information in the Report or Services availed from EIBIL are collated from member firms and its employees. Consequently, the website of EIBIL cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, veracity, and completeness of this information. The information available in the reports are in no way a part of the views of any of the employees of EIBIL or the company itself and are solely based on the information provided to EIBIL. Also, EIBIL may not be liable for any losses incurred due to the information provided by the firm.

I/We understand that EIBIL may terminate its services at any time during the transaction without prior intimation, solely at the discretion of EIBIL.
